We don't have a telephone support service in the aim of keeping costs down, however we do offer fairly speedy replies to direct emails sent to support at scrobbld.com and feedback at scrobbld.com. We also have forums located at http://getsatisfaction.com/scrobbld as well as this feedback service located at http://feedback.scrobbld.com.

We appreciate the support! It's true, time is a bit of an issue at the moment, but hopefully we can get the new version out some time soon... An API is a great idea, though it's true as well that an API also is quite time consuming, but certainly something I'll consider doing if we don't get the UI sorted. The only problem is finding people who will develop on top of the API...
