Text box under the tracking id box
To allow extra information to be added. Such as if I was selling an electrical item then I could write the serial number down for the product in that section.
An additional/extra notes section under the box where tracking id can be added
We are working on something similar. You will be able to add notes to transactions. This could be anything, any text, there you could also add your serial numbers etc.
